Someone says that you should not stop cycling to have a nice sleep. But according to sleeping professor Dr.Michael Breus,you?d better not go biking less than 4 hours     before you go to bed. Sport will raise your temperature, and reduce the sleeping hormone which is called melatonin. On the other hand, you?d better not exercise too much. If you feel exhausted every time you ride on the bike, just stop to have a rest and do not cycle for some time.
1. It?s a good habbit to sleep for 7-9 hours every evening. That?s exactly what your body needs to recover itself.
2. Embrace the darkness. Darkness can stimulate your body to produce melatonin. In other words, when you are sleepy, just turn off the light (including the TV,lapto and mobile phone).
3. Remember to keep cool in your bedroom,around 65℉ to 75℉. If the temperature get a bit higher, your body may get the wrong sign that it is time for getting up.
